DUNDEE MASTERS SHOW EXHIBITION AND EVENTS///
MASTERS OPEN DOORS///
Saturday 28 August, 11am - 4pm
A day of free talks, screenings, tours and workshops from students and staff of Master of Design, Master of Fine Art, MSc Media Arts & Imaging, MSC Medical Art, MSC Forensic Art.
11.00 -12.30 Design for a Changing World: a series of short talks from Master of Design Programme Director Hazel White and graduating students talking about projects from analogue twitter to guerilla gardening to movie mashups for children.
11.00 – 16.00 Screening in DJCAD Board Room: Showreel Animation, Documentary and Experimental Film.
11.00 - 11.30 Screening at DCA Cinema: Roddy Buchanan. Lament/Tattoo. Followed by Artists Talk. This event is free but ticketed.
12.30 - 13.30 coffee and cakes in the Matthew Gallery with MDes staff and students.
11.30 – 12.30 Screening at DCA Cinema. Selected Art and Media Films and Animation. This event is free but ticketed.
14.00 - 15.00 Curated tour of forensic & medical art MSc exhibition by course lecturer, Caroline Needham followed by Q&A session with Caroline Needham and Dr Chris Rynn.
12.00 – 15.00 'Diverted Materials' Series. Help create a new piece of work with Jan Hendry.
14.00 -15.00 kimono printing and social gardening workshops with Danielle Hu and Valeria Ossio, MDes students.
14.00 – 15.30 Talks and Tours from Master of Fine Art, MSc Media Arts and Imaging. Guided. From Nature, Sustainability and the Environment to Memory, Decay, Preservation and Histories. Come and join us for a guided tour and talks with the artists.

Medical / Forensic Art student, Mark Roughly will be demonstrating an interactive patient information tool on the ipad.
Medical / Forensic Art student, Gareth Johnson will be demonstrating the creating on 3D composite faces
